Falcons have officially announced the launch of their Counter-Strike 2 academy, named Falcons FORCE. This new project aims to develop young talent and prepare players for top-level competition.

The academy offers participants:

Professional coaching from players and coaches with experience on the top scene.
Learning team strategy, map control, and interaction.
Bootcamps with modern equipment and training in the best conditions.

How to Join Falcons Force
The selection for the academy takes place in three stages:

Submitting an application on a dedicated website
Participating in special tournaments hosted by Falcons
Selection of the best players by the academy management

The head coach of the academy is the dane NaToSaphiX — a former professional player who played for Heroic and Mouz , and also coached the women's team NIP Impact . Now, NaToSaphiX is tasked with building the Falcons Force team from scratch, which will serve as a launching pad for future CS2 professionals.
