In the European qualifiers,  OG ,  Natus Vincere , Aurora Gaming, and AVULUS will compete. They received direct invites. Four more participants will be determined through open qualifiers, which will take place in two stages. Eight teams will compete for two slots in the main tournament.

Representing Southeast Asia in the closed qualifiers will be  Team Nemesis ,  BOOM Esports ,  Execration , and  The Mongolz . As in Europe, they will be joined by four winners from the open qualifiers. The region has been allocated one slot for BLAST Slam IV, which will be awarded to the winner of the closed stage.

The closed qualifiers in Europe and Southeast Asia will take place from September 26 to 28, 2025. Each region will have eight participants: four invited teams and four teams from the open qualifiers.
