Western Europe

Competing for three slots at the main event are  OG ,  Natus Vincere ,  Virtus.Pro , AVULUS,  Zero Tenacity , and Passion UA. They will be joined by two teams coming through the open qualifiers. A total of eight teams will participate in the selection.

Eastern Europe

Invited to the closed qualification are  TEAM NEXT LEVEL ,  Runa Team , 1w Team,  4Pirates , and  Yellow Submarine . Three more participants will emerge from the open qualifiers. The region is competing for one slot at DreamLeague S27.

Southeast Asia

In Southeast Asia, invites have been extended to  Execration ,  BOOM Esports ,  Team Nemesis ,  Ivory , and  Yangon Galacticos . They will be joined by three teams from the open qualifiers. Only one team will advance to the main stage as a result of the tournament.

North America

Currently, the closed qualifier participant list includes  Wildcard ,  Team KaranDotes , and  the bug . The remaining teams will be determined following two rounds of open qualifiers. The region has been allocated one slot.

South America

The qualification in the region will begin with  OG .LATAM and HunterZ , who received direct invites. The other six spots will be filled by winners of the open qualifiers. The winner of the closed stage will advance to the main event.

China

The only confirmed participant in the closed qualification so far is Yakult Brothers. The remaining teams will qualify through the open qualifiers. Like most regions, China is competing for one slot.

The closed qualifiers will be held from September 24 to 26. The main stage of DreamLeague Season 27 will take place from December 10 to 21, 2025. The tournament's prize pool will be $1,000,000.
