GIANTX defeated Fnatic 2:0 on maps (Lotus 13:10, Sunset 13:10) in the lower bracket playoffs of VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2.

The best player was Kajetan "kaajak" Haremski. Despite his team’s loss, he managed to score 43 kills, along with 274 ACS and 178 ADR. 

Fnatic fell to GIANTX , finishing the tournament in 5th–6th place and taking home $10,000. The team has enough points to qualify for Champions 2025 despite this result at EMEA Stage 2. GIANTX , on the other hand, advance to the next round and will face the winner of Team Heretics vs. Navi on August 29.

VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 runs from July 16 to September 1 in Germany . Twelve teams from the region are competing for a $250,000 prize pool and two slots at Champions 2025.
