Nemiga Finds Replacement for Spirit -bound zweih

Nemiga has completed the restructuring of its CS2 roster ahead of the new competitive cycle. The team officially introduced its fifth player, Maksim "sowalio" Beketov, who previously played for RUBY . He replaced zweih , who left the main roster and joined Spirit .

zweih , who had been with Nemiga since the end of 2023, previously exited the main lineup. During his tenure, he spent more than eight months with the team. After a successful performance at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, he was signed by Spirit .

Sowalio previously played for RUBY , with two stints from January to October 2024 and from February 2025 to the present day. He joins Nemiga after maintaining consistent individual performance.

In the past six months, sowalio has shown reliable form: his average rating was 6.1, he dealt 75.56 damage per round, made 0.67 kills, and had 0.68 deaths. For comparison, his predecessor zweih had a rating of 6.4, dealt 81.09 damage, made 0.74 kills with the same number of deaths, 0.68, in the same period.

The updated Nemiga roster will participate in the ESL Pro League Season 22 Europe Closed Qualifier, which will take place from July 14 to 17. The team will play its first match on July 15 at 17:00 CEST against the winner of the Sangal vs. m1x matchup. A slot for the main season of ESL Pro League Season 22 will be up for grabs during the qualifier.
