It is also reported that the parents of the 16-year-old girl, whose conversations with the player were published online, intend to join the lawsuit. It is alleged that TitaN sent her a semi-nude photo without her consent.

Club's Reaction and Next Steps

Initially, paiN Gaming released a statement confirming receipt of the allegations and the start of an internal investigation. A few hours later, the organization announced the indefinite suspension of the player, emphasizing that situations of this nature are treated with the utmost seriousness and in accordance with league standards and regulations.

During TitaN's suspension, Vinicius "Marvin" Marvin, who previously played on loan for  Fluxo W7M , will replace him on the team. In 2024, he, along with paiN Gaming , became the winner of the CBLOL Academy Americas Challengers.

Player's Position
