The organizers of FISSURE Playground 2 have announced six new participants in the tournament

The organizers of one of the largest esports events in the Balkans, FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2, have announced six more teams that will compete for $500,000 and the title of champion. The tournament will take place from September 12 to 21, 2025, at the Belgrade Arena, Serbia's largest indoor sports venue and one of the largest in Europe .

New tournament participants

Team Liquid
FaZe Clan
GamerLegion
3DMAX
TyLoo — the reigning champions of FISSURE PLAYGROUND 1.

These teams are already known for their impressive performances on the international stage, and TyLoo 's return promises to add intrigue as they defend their title.

Competition format
The tournament will be held in two stages: the group stage on September 12–17 using the Swiss system (all matches are Bo3, with the top eight advancing to the playoffs) and the final stage on September 19–21 in a single-elimination format (quarterfinals and semifinals are Bo3, grand final is Bo5).

Four more teams will be revealed later, keeping the intrigue alive before the start of the tournament.

This year, for the first time, the organizers will fill the stadium to capacity for their tournament. The atmosphere at the Belgrade Arena is expected to be explosive, as fans will be able to experience the energy of major esports live.
