Today, Gen.G and Global Esports faced off in Group Alpha. Both teams had already earned one win each and were in first and second place in the group standings before the match began. Therefore, the match promised to be interesting, and so it was. Global Esports took the first map, Icebox, without a chance, with a score of 13:3. On the second map, Haven, the result was repeated, but in favor of Gen.G, which won 13:3. The outcome of the match was decided on Corrode, and here Gen.G became the winners with a score of 13:7, but not without problems.

As a result of the clash, Gen.G secured first place in the group table with a total score of 2:1 in matches. Global Esports , in turn, suffered their second defeat and fell to last place in the group.

VCT 2025 Pacific Stage 2 runs from July 15 to August 31 in LAN format. Twelve partner teams from the Pacific region are competing for two direct invitations to Valorant Champions 2025, Pacific Points, and $250,000 in prize money.
